ACFAS 2027 Call for Abstracts
Mark your calendar with these important dates for the ACFAS 2027 Call for Abstracts:
August 10, 2026
Submission site opens.
October 13, 2026 (11:59 pm CST)
Submission site closes.
December 3, 2026
Notification of accepted/declined submissions will be sent out. For abstracts that are designated as manuscripts – a separate schedule will be sent to the correspondent author.
March 12, 2027 (Accepted posters)
Posters can begin to be placed on assigned boards in the exhibit hall and must be installed by 12 noon.
March 15, 2027
Posters must be removed by 2:00 pm as the exhibit hall closes. Any posters remaining after 2:00 pm will be discarded.
