ACFAS Chris Mahaffey Leadership Development Program
The application deadline is September 30.
Requirements:
- Completion of Level 1 of the Leadership Development Program by September 30.
- ABFAS Board Certified, Fellow Member of the College.
- Once approved, payment of a $350 registration fee.
- Commitment to the program from May 1, 2025, through February 22, 2026, culminating in a live capstone presentation and workshop preceding ACFAS 2026 in Las Vegas.
- Monthly check-ins with an assigned mentor and leader in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
- Monthly live webinars, 1.5 hours each.
- Group development of a capstone project addressing a major challenge in the field of foot and ankle surgery, presented to the ACFAS Board of Directors, program mentors, and the Leadership Development Program Task Force.
