Book early to lock in the best rates and availability.
The deadline to receive the discounted hotel rate was January 26, 2026. Rooms may still be booked outside the room block by calling (866) 659-9643 or by booking online through The Venetian or Expedia.
Important Reminder: onPeak is the only ACFAS-authorized provider of hotel reservations for ACFAS 2026. No other organization is authorized to contact you regarding hotel bookings. If you receive unsolicited communication, do not share your personal or payment information.

MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings discount code. You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk Monday – Friday at (800) 426-1122 for booking assistance. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations.
