Program Summary/Training Goals: 
This is a one-year fellowship position offering a wide range of Reconstructive Foot and Ankle surgery in a large hospital based Podiatric Surgical Group. High volume exposure to various surgical techniques with emphasis on clinical decision making among 15+ providers. To include, but not limited to: Ankle joint replacement, Charcot reconstruction, Peripheral nerve surgery, Cavus/flatfoot reconstruction (pediatric and adult), and revisional surgery both forefoot and rearfoot.

Secondary emphasis on practice management to include, but not limited to: Proficient and ethical billing practices, Clinical efficiencies, and key performance indicators in surgical outcomes and procedural volume.
